Custom and personalized orders
We’d be happy to customize your order! We have listings to add a name / number or to change a design (color). If you have special requests please send us a convo and we’d be happy to discuss the options with you!
Sizing details
We have added size charts to our listings. Our clothing runs very true to our size charts. When your little one is on the edge we’d recommend you to size up.
Care instructions
For all pants, skirts, leg warmers and heat pressed tops:
Wash inside out and delicate.
Air dry or tumble try on low.
Do not iron directly on the heat pressed designs.
Bows/ headbands cannot be washed in the machine.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Adding a gift message is free and can be done when checking out. We will print your message and add it to your package.
Gift wrapping available. When you choose to do this we will make sure to wrap it nicely for the lucky one to receive it.
Do you rush orders?
We have a one day processing time. Your order will always get shipped the next business day but please reach out if your package needs to get shipped the same business day and we’d be happy to try to do so. Make sure you’re available for a quick response. Please select the priority or express shipping method if you need your order fast.
How long before I will receive my package?
After placing an order we’ll ship the next business day.
Once we’ve shipped your package it’s in control of USPS. Therefore Romari For Kids is NOT responsible for USPS delivery by the estimated delivery date. Please understand that we make and ship you order. USPS delivers. The following shipping estimates are according to USPS:
Regular first class shipping: 2-5 business days
Priority shipping: 1-3 business days
Express shipping: 1-2 business days and guaranteed delivery in time by USPS
We are NOT responsible for lost / stolen packages as well as for packages that can’t get delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Exchanges, cancellations and returns
We’d be happy to exchange your item if we have the size and item available. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot exchange washed and / or worn items.
We don’t take returns due to the fact we make everything to order. Please make sure to order in time and to order the correct size. Our size charts are very accurate. If we have made a mistake (we sent you the wrong size, color or sleeve length) we will of course ship the correct item(s) your way on us.
Cancellations are accepted without questions asked within 24 hours unless we have shipped your order already.
